Enterprise for Electrical and Construction Works MIPA Leon Stankiewicz is a private firm established in 1980. We began with services in domain of electrical works. The market requirements, the development of the Enterprise and ambitions of the better and better staff caused that MIPA has systematically widened a range of its activity, achieving a name of a professional and reliable firm.

In the 1990s the company dynamically developed. The leading domains of its services are electrical works. Apart from constant gaining new domestic markets the Enterprise realizes prestige contracts on the territory of the former USSR with Polish firms: Budimex Company Ltd., Unibud, with German firms: ARGE DSW Potsdam, ARGE Benoba Berlin, Markische Ban Union Potsdam, Wiemer & Trachte Dortmund, a Turkish firm - ENKA and an American firm - ABB SUSA; the company also cooperates with regional firms.

In 1993 the firm invested in a one-hectare plot with existing manufacturing and trade objects at Ciolkowskiego Street 24. When the major overhaul of the structures was completed in 1994, a Department of Assembling Electrical Devices was established.

In the years 1995 - 1996 the share of export services amounted to over 50% of all services. The export services forced good quality, employing new technologies and initiating more modern methods of management.

In 1998-1999 the Enterprise accomplished many prestige orders for e.g. boarder checkpoint Goldap-Gusiev to Kaliningrad (Russia), building of pump station in Kondratki and Wloclawek on the gas transit-pipeline Yamal, modernization and extension of the National Mint's structures, construction of the Japanese Embassy in Warsaw.

A very good quality of services and in due time work execution caused a new cooperation with Investors from Japan. Since 2000 MIPA has realized prestigeous industrial investments: TOYOTA MOTOR MANUFACTURING POLAND, Polst Aluminum Factory in Walbrzych, Logistics Center TOYOTA TSUSHO Europe S.A. in Wałbrzych, NGK Ceramics factory in Gliwice and TBMECA's plastics factory in Legnica. Another prestigeous contract is started in 2000 building a border checkpoint (Belorus) in Kuznica Bialostocka.

In 2003 we realized also a contract, financed from Phare funds, for delivery of power generating sets and UPS for 70 premises of Border Guard in Poland.

Since year 2002 our firm has started to execute complex building tasks increasing the share of general building works in a whole structure of works. As an example of such realizations are: complex realization of Energetic Post building in Grodzisk, modernization works of Miejski Dom Kultury in Grajewo, construction isolation building on International Road Border Crossing in Bobrowniki or renovation of building situated in village Bobrowa - Branch of Shelter in Bialystok.

At the same time we undertake execution of conservatory and construction works on historic buldings. Our company realizes revaluation at St. Mary Monastery in Suprasl for Museum and Monastery needs , as well as restoration of Branicki Palace in Bialystok including of execution of facade renovation, exchange all windows and door woodworks, execution of building ilumination, interior renovation, main dome of roof, side wings roof, stairs and terraces.

From 2003 our firm started to execute modernization of medium and low voltage overhead and cable lines for the Electricity Board Bialystok.

Since 2008 we have expanded our offer starting to realize tasks connected to road and square construction. Together with Brux Sp. z o.o. we are building town square near river Biala next to crossing of Al. 1000-lecia Państwa Polskiego with Radzyminska St. with construction of arc footbridge for pedestrians in Bialystok, where ceremony of beatification of ks. Sopocko took place . Together with Bitum Sp. z o.o. we are rebuilding a road with bituminuous sufrace over section 1300 meters long. In 2009 we are rebuilding forest roads of total over 5 kilometers long.

In years 2009-2010 in cooperation with Bitum Sp. z o.o. company we realize construction of Borsucza St., Mysliwska St., KD-7L St. and Saint Eliasz The Prophet with infratructure in Bialystok's Science-Technological Park with total lenght of 2,5 kilomenters.'

Other realizations at the turn of years 2009-2010 are construction of multifunctional sports field with synthetic grass surface with infrastructure in Ośrodek Szkolenia Państwowej Straży Pożarnej in Lapy and renovation of country sport fields with area arrangement plan in villages Mien, Oleksin and Świrydy in Bransk commune.

In year 2010 in cooperation with Bitum Sp. z o.o. company we build commune roads for Turośń Kościelna and Suraż communes with total lenght of 3.7 kilometers.

In September 2010 we have started the greatest investment in our history - construction of extension of Piastowska street on the stretch from Mieszko I street to Wł. Wysockiego street in Bialystok  realized in consortium with companies: PBDiM Minsk Mazowiecki and Bitum Sp. z o.o.

Operating on the market for 30 years and executing both electric and complex building works, Enterprise for Electrical and Construction Works MIPA Leon Stankiewicz has become a trustworthy partner at completing both small and bigger investments.

The evidence of high quality services is a certificate of a quality system management ISO 9001-2000, in the field of design and works execution, which MIPA obtained in 2001. In 2004 we have also been awarded Best Quality Certificate 2004.

In 2006 MIPA obtained Quality Certificate AQAP 2110:2003 in the scope of design and works execution of low and high voltage electric works. Implementation and certification of the Quality Management System compliant with AQAP 2110 was co-financed from European Union resources within Phare 2002 program.

In 2009 we received extention of Certificate of Quality System Management AQAP 2120:2009 and ISO 9001:2008 in field of construction and assembly workmanship.

In year 2011 we realized project:

according agreement no. UDA-RPPD.01.04.02-20-074/10-00 on 28 december 2010.

We are not a large company, but a reliable one, open to carry out any task, even the hard ones.
